Can I get a price without a site visit?
For standard roof tanks on villas, usually yes, from the tank size and a photo. Underground tanks and building tanks are often priced after a quick look at the access and the condition.
What can change the price on the day?
A tank that is much larger than described, heavy sludge, a hatch that has to be cut open or repaired, or extra tanks nobody mentioned. Share everything upfront to avoid surprises.
